I bought a 75euro bouquet on Friday and they were almost dead on Sunday. I haven't asked for a refund or discount when I showed the photos to the three ladies at the shop but they simply disregarded me telling that was my fault because I didn't change the water and didn't cut the end of the stem. Really? For flower I've just bought? Apologizing would have been enough for me. I wouldn't buy there again, bad attitude and pricey.
